Thank you for your post. I am in the process of upgrading my QB to QB I have spent a considerable amount of time on chat over 3 hours last night. I asked if this was an error since I am not an accountant. She removed it and then reinstalled the same software. She told me that she confirmed with the back office that the accountant version is the one I need. Additionally both times that I have spoken with support no one has advised me that this has to be done in 3 year increments.
I am home on a Friday night ready to get this done only to learn that there is no support over the weekend. Perhaps I should be looking for different software. I cannot even load the version at this time. I am not a happy customer right now. You may self install the trial license and upgrade your file.
