Mountain vista lodge

You are about 10 minutes from The Island. The road is a typical mountain road but nothing you can't handle if you've ever stayed at a cabin in the area. The driveway is easily accessible and flat. Held two cars great with room for 2 more. We would consider this cabin again if there were improvements made.

Vacasa wasn't the best to work with but the owner is and she is super nice and even sent us cupcakes for the problems we had. Overall, it worked well for what we needed but could use some updates. Manager response: Hello Emma! Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.

Apr We had a great time during our stay. We loved the space and the house and all of the rooms. The yard is nice and flat for our dog and there is a good amount of parking. A few things could be improved for the overall maintenance. Also on our first night the upstairs thermostat was set to AC when the low temp was close to freezing.

So before realizing there were 2 thermostats in the house, we had a very chilly first night. A few repairs and a binder with info and instructions about the house would be helpful!

The house manager is waiting on a vendor to repair the fireplaces, but they are being shut off for the summer season starting April 1st. They are also checking the lights, TVs, and dishwasher. Overall, very nice employees, and it was a very nice stay! We will stay with them again. I booked my whole family there in three rooms. They were so nice at the front desk and always willing to help us with anything, even making phone calls around town for us.
